The Kuwait Dive Team pulled 392 ships and boats with a total weight of 69271 tons and of total length of 12887 feet. Additionally, it removed 330 tons of oil and fuel pollutants during 82 marine operations. |
The Team established 21 artificial protectorates of processed concrete for coral reefs and fish with a total weight of 900 tons and of flat space of 7300 square meters. It contained 6500 holes as hideouts for various fish and marine creatures and of a concrete surface of 6300 square meters. The project was named as . |

The Team rescued many marine creatures including three marine rare turtles from the Chlorine Basin in Al-Shuaiba Industrial Area, as well as 55 of recently hatched sea turtles in Qaroh Island in 1999 and 2003 consecutively. |

The Team rescued three Russian whales in the Swimming Pools Complex of Tourist Enterprises Company. |

The Team performed 38 operations of pulling fishing nets suspended in coral reefs of total weight of 125 tons; also it lifted 95 tons of harmful residues from the coral reefs in Kobar, Um Al-Maradem, and Qaroh Islands. |

The Team performed fourteen coastal environmental operations and removed more than 1611 tons of wastes of flat area of 38 thousand square meters within 39 days. |

The Team did more than twenty documentaries that informed the accomplishments, projects and actions that have been executed and these documentaries have been aired in numerous agencies and world media channels. |

The Team relied mainly on the governmental bodies support in addition to the support forwarded by local and national bodies and individuals as well. |

The Team currently has eight underwater communication devices of high proficiency and professional performance that are used by divers to contact with the surface and contact with each other during performing various difficult tasks. |

The Team succeeded in lifting a submerged ship of 950 tons in to the north of Kuwait and discharged it of 250 tons of fuels and oils in a craft intended for this purpose before initiating the operation of pulling it. |

All Team members are volunteers, who are not paid for doing their tasks, and their number is 130 members, the eldest amongst them is 45 years old while the youngest is 7 years old. |

Lifting an Iraqi fluvial ship in Al-Sibya Area to the north of Kuwait of a total weight of 300 tons and removing the clayey residues from its trunk. |

Drawing and floating the historical Kuwaiti Boom “Fat’h Al-Kheir” with a total weight of 100 tons that is owned by the Kuwait Scientific Development Institution and currently is located in the Scientific Centre in Salmiya Area.

Since 1995, the Team had a website that won two international medals under the domain name of www.freekuwait.com and changed to www.freekuwait.org, and it was inserted in the fourth intermediate class curriculum in the Ministry of Education as a national model in the worldwide web (WWW). |

The Team, as well, possesses an artistic workshop that prepares and arranges all marine projects, operations and activities. |

The Team was honored through meeting His Royal, Amir of the State, May Allah Protect Him, for many times, as it was privileged by His Royal support and approval for the voluntary marine programs and projects. |

The Team won the most supreme international honoring of NAUI International Organization regarding International Environmental Achievement in 2000 and a monument of the Team's name was established at the entrance of the Organization venue in America. |

In 1998, the Team won the Environmental Personality prize that was organized by the Awqaf Public Foundation. |

The team won the United Nations recognition award on the occasion of Organizations' golden jubilee. |

The Team is still, by the Grace of Allah, performing his voluntary works tirelessly, and calling others for supporting these Kuwaiti distinct environmental efforts. |
