Waleed Al-Shatti, the Marine Operations Official In-Charge of Kuwait Dive Team within the Kuwaiti Environmental Protection Society, highly praised the support provided by the Awqaf Public Foundation represented by Mr Ayman Boodai, Chairman of the Waqf Health Development Fund, for the Dive Team's projects and activities in protecting coral reefs, removing harm, protecting fish and sea creatures, as well as safeguarding navigational passages, islands for sea-farers plus boats navigating near coral reefs.
The Awqaf Public Foundation was and still is a pioneer with its unlimited, continuous support of dedicated environmental voluntary projects and activities of environmental revenues, mentioned Al-Shatti.

The Waqf Health Development Fund support forms a motive and an incentive for the continuance of the Kuwait Dive Team in exerting more efforts, as well as continued perseverance for protecting and maintaining the Kuwaiti Sea Environment, Al-Shatti explained.
